Dr. Lauren Briens '87 Talks to Millies about Engineering Field

Senior and Middle School students had the opportunity to hear first-hand about the field of Engineering from Dr. Lauren Briens '87, an SMLS Alumna and Associate Dean at Western University. Girls heard about the exciting university programs, career opportunities and emerging fields in Engineering, and learned how Millie graduates are thriving in the Western Engineering program! There was a Q&A afterward and several girls spoke one-on-one with Dr. Briens to ask about application strategies, scholarships and program curriculum.  While she was here, Dr. Briens picked up a copy of her 1987 Yearbook from Donna Cossitt!
