Hola from Argentina! Today we got the opportunity to build a house for a family in need. The day started bright and early at 8am for a 2 hour bus ride where the house building was taking place. We split up into groups of about 10 and began building. The house build was taking place over 2 days so today we did the foundation and stability for the house. Since this town is prone to flooding, we had to build 2 meter pillars out of the ground so the wooden house would not get flooded. We dug deep holes, placed the wooden pillars in and packed dirt and rocks to make sure they are sturdy. Lastly, we placed wooden planks for the floor. The rest is left for the next group!

Hola from Argentina! Today I was doing photo safari with my barazza Recoleta - Vamos a la ciudad! We took a subway to Recoleta (our barazza was named by this area). First, we went to the law university and the symbol of Recoleta, which is a beautiful flower. We took many fun photos in front of it. Then we went to the cementerio de Recoleta, where a lot of famous people and royal people are buried. The cemetery is peaceful and solemn, I felt like they were pieces of artistic work rather than graves. After we had lunch, we continued walking to visit the theater of Argentina, puente de la mujer and some other famous spots. We also saw a couple tangoing on the side of the Woman Bridge. That was amazing!
