Athletics serve as a powerful training ground for leadership, helping students discover that true leadership isn't about holding a title. It is about empathy, accountability, and inspiring those around them. From their very first team practice to their final season as seniors, student-athletes build confidence and character through every win, challenge, and shared effort.
In the Junior School, foundational leadership begins with self-regulation, active listening, and simple acts of encouragement that teach children the power of teamwork. As students transition into Middle School, they develop personal accountability, learning to communicate effectively, handle competition with grace, and lead by example through dedicated effort. By the time they reach Senior School, athletes step into pivotal roles as team captains and mentors, learning to handle adversity, embrace accountability, and lift others up around them.
Through every season, athletics offer our students a vibrant, supportive space to learn resilience, uplift their peers, and grow into leaders who make a lasting impact both on and off the field.
