Kim Barrett McKenna ‘84 and Carli McKenna ‘20

The mother-daughter SMLS alumnae duo of Kim BARRETT McKenna ‘84 and Carli McKenna ‘20 have been reflecting on the world in which they find themselves and are truly grateful for the opportunities they have been given throughout their lives. They believe that giving provides a way for them to express what they truly care about and, in turn, pay it forward.

In recognition of Carli’s graduation, The Barrett McKenna Legacy Fund was established to help daughters of alumnae have the same opportunity that they both had as SMLS students. They challenged members of the SMLS community to support the fund and matched all gifts, dollar for dollar, up to $100,000.
