The Oakville Public Library recently "celebrated creativity" at its third annual Teen Photography Contest awards night, held at the library’s Central Branch auditorium. The panel of judges included award-winning photographers who chose winners in three categories. A huge congratulations to one of our very own Millies, Afsana Lallani, who won second place in the Natural Environment category for her Tiptoeing Through Tulips.
