Our First Founders' Day
In celebration of our school's birthday, we proudly hosted a special chapel on the anniversary of the new St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School building.
On October 15, 1986 the doors officially opened to the new school. Today the SMLS journey continues to thrive, but we recognize that much of our current success is founded on the strength of those who came before us.
Our first Founders’ Day was a great success with 40+ special guests in attendance. The Legacy Girl roll call brought some emotion; it is a wonderful recognition of the longevity of our school and the generational importance we hold in a number of families!
