Middle School Girls Design Personalized Fitness Programs
Remote Learning in the Middle School Middle School girls are designing and completing personalized daily physical activity programs at home. Students track and submit their workouts weekly. Recently girls made a healthy snack or easy meal that promotes healthy eating and healthy food choices.
