Grade 6 Girls Explore Indian Cuisine as part of Global Read Aloud Project
This fall, girls in Grade 6 enjoyed reading The Bridge Home by Padma Venkatraman with Global Read Aloud 2019. As part of the project, girls have been exploring Indian culture. Today they were treated to a cooking lesson by a SMLS parent, learning to make vegetable biryani. Yum!
