Rebecca Crane

Rebecca is a lawyer who practices exclusively in the areas of intellectual property and litigation with a particular focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation. She frequently represents innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical industry clients in patent infringement actions. She also provides strategic regulatory and litigation advice related to the life sciences industry. Rebecca received her JD from the University of Toronto and her Ph.D. from the University of Guelph. The topic of her Ph.D. thesis was on the regulatory pathway of osmosensing proteins. She has significant scientific research experience in the areas of protein biochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology.  Rebecca and her husband, Trevor, have one daughter in the Middle School at SMLS.
