CLARE O'CONNOR - Preschool Director

Ms. O’Connor joined SMLS in August 2019. Previously, she was Head of School at St. Edward’s Catholic Primary School (PK- 6) in London, England. Prior to moving to London, she worked for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board for over 10 years at various schools, including St. Sebastian Catholic Elementary School and St. Herbert Catholic Elementary School. Clare has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from York University, and Ontario Principal’s Qualifications. Clare brings a wealth of leadership experience at both the School and Board levels. Ms. O’Connor attended an all-girls school herself and she is passionate about all-girls education and inspiring high standards of innovative teaching and learning.
