National Geographic's Paul Salopek Speaks with Grade 1 Students about his Journey

Girls in Grade 1 were captivated during a Zoom-conference with photojournalist Paul Salopek, who is on a remarkable, decade long walk to retrace our ancestors' global migration. His journey inspired girls to go on a slow-walk journey of their own within our community, as well as draw world and local maps, and become photojournalists. SMLS was selected to participate in the Zoom-conference as part of the Out of Eden Learn project.
