Prior to joining her family business, Daisy was a Business Program Manager at Microsoft Canada, where she managed business analytics across the Business Productivity and Applications portfolios and oversaw national key performance indicators. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Proposal and Marketing at AtkinsRéalis, formerly SNC-Lavalin, in its Sulphur and Environment Solutions (SES) division, where she led proposal and marketing initiatives for international sulfuric acid projects.

Daisy holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Laws in International Politics from Renmin University of China. She lives in Oakville with her family, and her two daughters attend SMLS.
