President's Welcome
Since graduating in 2000 I find it amazing to see how St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School has grown and developed. I am proud to continue to be a Millie and to support the School community as the President of the Alumnae Association.
The SMLS Alumnae Association consists of over 1,500 members and is a strong link to the School's traditional roots. The Association plays an active role in school activities, organizing and sponsoring annual events, mentoring students and recent graduates, and providing bursaries. We are very involved in fundraising and supporting current and past students.
My goal as President is to continue providing the School with our unwavering support. I am thrilled that there are so many alumnae involved on the Executive Committee with me, including Ashleigh BREEN Kinlough '03, Renee Fisher '83, Jennifer SMITH Kirton '87, Sarah CROTHALL Chung '94, Lauren Dunn '00, Jaime Lawson '03, Victoria Larke '94, Stephanie Kennedy '02, Kavita BHANGU Parashar '00 and Chantal Giurlanda '06.
We will continue our drive to keep connecting and growing the membership, but we need your help. Here are some of the great ways you can keep in touch with what's going on and keep us informed about what's new with you:

- Class Notes – Share your latest news – personal and professional accomplishments, a marriage, a birth with your fellow classmates by submitting information to the Class Notes section of the School’s news magazine Jubilate.

The Alumnae Association is dedicated to sustaining and building on its positive relationship with the School, raising funds for the Alumnae Association Bursary Fund, and hearing from other Alumnae about what they want from their Association. I encourage you to join us.
