Alumnae Association Bursary Fund
In May, 2008 The Alumnae Executive announced a plan to raise $250,000 for the Alumnae Bursary Endowment Fund. The principal in the Fund will remain permanently invested and a portion of the interest will be disbursed annually to help students who otherwise might not be able to continue their education at St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School.
SMLS Alumnae are passionate about the School and understand that what set the School apart for them - the single gender experience, small classes and attention from a truly dedicated teaching staff - is still true today. They want to ensure that other students have the same opportunity to benefit from this extraordinary School, regardless of their financial situation.
