- Oct. 2008 Architects selected
- Jan. 2009 Town Hall meetings held
- Mar. 2009 Construction Manager selected
- Aug. 2009 Interior music room renovations complete
- Mar. 2010 Construction for new addition began
- Aug. 2010 Geothermal heating system complete
- Sept/Oct. 2010 Installation of exterior finishes (i.e., roofing, windows, brick, etc.)
- Nov. 2010 Interior walls and landscaping
- Jan/Feb. 2011 Interior finishes
- Mar. 2010 Occupancy!

Phase 4 construction will include:
- A dining hall to accommodate almost half our students at one time, with healthy food options.
- Much improved music facilities allowing students the freedom to explore and experiment with sound.
- A warm and welcoming student centre with natural light streaming from large windows.
- A senior resource centre with shelves brimming with books.
- New sun-filled classrooms that will provide space for extensive, rich and exciting learning experiences.
- All new environmentally friendly construction.
